Abstracts
An abstract(half-page) should be submitted in accordance with to the following instructions for all of presentation (plenary / invited / contributed). The abstract format can be found on the conference website at (http://www.triam.kyushu-u.ac.jp/ICPP/downloads). Take care that you do not forget to assign one of the signs in the generally-classified topics (G-A, G-B,…). This is mandatory assignment. In addition, you can also assign one of the signs in the focused topics (F-A, F-B, …) as a sort of the second keyword, depending on your paper content. You can see the list of generally-classified topics and focused topics at (http://www.triam.kyushu-u.ac.jp/ICPP/conference/). One participant can submit up to three abstracts. It should be noted that the additional fee (10000Yen/abstract) is required for second and third abstract submission. The due date for receipt of abstracts is May 10, 2008. Post-deadline papers are acceptable.
The procedure of the submission of your abstract
If you do not have your ID and password, you must get your ID and password in accordance with the following instructions.
1) Please access the URL (http://peras.nifs.ac.jp/icpp2008/center).
2) Please select “Abstract Upload” in the menu panel.
3) Please input your e-mail address, name, affiliation, and generally-classified topics at least.
4) You will receive the URL to set your password by e-mail. This e-mail sends you automatically to the registered e-mail address. If you do not have any e-mails from ICPP abstract registration system, you make sure your registered e-mail address.
5) Please access the received URL.
6) Please input your password. You must keep the ID and Password in mind, because they need to submit your proceedings and to defend it.
7) After input your password, you can submit your abstract (PDF file).
If you have your ID and password, you can submit your abstract in accordance with the following instruction.
1) Please access the URL (http://peras.nifs.ac.jp/icpp2008/center).
2) Please select “Abstract Upload” in the menu panel.
3) Please input your ID and password.
4) Please submit your abstract (PDF file).
